1:1 Private Sound Therapy Experience

60-minutes - £45

A personalised sound therapy session for rest, reflection and reconnection

Sometimes what we need isn't another thing to achieve, understand or fix. Sometimes we need space.

A chance to slow down, listen inwards and reconnect with ourselves beneath the noise of everyday life.

These bespoke 1:1 sound therapy sessions combine therapeutic sound, nervous system regulation and intuitive practices to create a deeply personal experience tailored entirely to you.

Held in the peaceful surroundings of Nova Yoga Studio in Broom, each session begins with a gentle conversation about what is happening in your life and what you would like support with. Together, we create an experience that may incorporate therapeutic sound instruments, oracle card guidance, chakra dowsing, intention setting and reflective discussion.

Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and other therapeutic instruments, the session is intuitively guided to support deep relaxation, emotional processing, clarity and restoration.

People often book these sessions when navigating:

• Stress, overwhelm and burnout
• Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation
• Life transitions and decision-making
• Emotional healing and self-discovery
• Grief and loss
• Personal growth and spiritual exploration
• A desire to reconnect with themselves

No prior experience is needed.

Whether you're seeking clarity, calm, insight or simply an opportunity to be held in a safe and supportive space, this session is designed around you.

Private Sound Journey for Two

90 minutes - £70

A meaningful experience to share with someone important

Some experiences are even more powerful when shared. These bespoke sound therapy sessions are designed for two people who would like to slow down, reconnect and experience the restorative power of therapeutic sound together.

This may be romantic partners, close friends, siblings, parents and adult children, or anyone wishing to create a meaningful moment of connection and reflection.

Held at Nova Yoga Studio in Broom, each experience is tailored to the individuals attending and begins with a gentle conversation about your intentions for the session.

Together, we create a unique experience which may incorporate therapeutic sound, oracle card guidance, chakra dowsing, intention setting and reflective discussion before settling into an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and gong.

These sessions can be a beautiful way to:

• Deepen connection and understanding
• Mark a life transition or milestone
• Celebrate a birthday or special occasion
• Support one another through change
• Create space for meaningful conversation
• Experience deep rest together

Unlike a group sound bath, this experience is entirely personalised and offers the opportunity to explore what emerges within a safe, supportive and thoughtfully held environment.

Many people leave feeling calmer, more connected and with a renewed sense of perspective.
