Refund Policy

This page outlines refund and cancellation terms for therapy sessions, sound therapy, workshops and digital products purchased through Lynsey Skinner Therapy.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Therapy sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or not attended, are charged in full and are non-refundable.

This reflects the reserved clinical time allocated specifically to you.

Online Decompression Sessions & Sound Therapy

Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session start time.

Where sufficient notice is given, bookings may be transferred to another available date where possible.

If a session is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Retreats & In-Person Events

Due to venue, preparation and administrative costs:

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may receive a partial refund (minus deposit where applicable).
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless your space can be filled.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

Digital Products (Audio Recordings, Workbooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

All digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
