I’ll be joining the practitioner line-up at PACE, a wellness week hosted at The Peligoni Club in Zakynthos, Greece.

​

PACE brings together leading practitioners across movement, wellbeing and mental health for a week of classes, workshops and restorative experiences in a beautiful coastal setting.

​

I’ll be contributing sessions as part of the Self Space team, bringing a therapeutic lens to wellbeing and nervous system regulation.

Guests can dip in and out of a diverse programme including movement, breathwork, workshops and restorative practices across the week.
